This tasty decaf comes from a group of over 300 small farm holders in and around the town of Buesaco. Farmers are paid a premium over the standard market price, incentivizing them to increase quality of standards and production. This is an Ethyl Acetate process of decaffeination, with sugar cane being used as the ester solvent.
